BGREN AB handles personal data with care when you contact us or book a meeting.
When you book a meeting through Google Calendar, your name, email address and meeting details may be processed. The booking creates a calendar invitation and a Google Meet link. The contact form can contain your name, email address, company, phone number and a free-text message.
The information is used to administer meeting bookings, hold meetings, respond to enquiries and discuss possible assignments.
Contact and booking information is not retained longer than needed to manage the booking, hold the conversation and meet any legal obligations.
When you submit the contact form, Formspree processes the information in it to receive the enquiry and forward it to BGREN AB.
BGREN AB uses Google Calendar for bookings and Google Meet for online meetings. When you use the booking flow, Google also processes information under its terms and privacy policy. The site does not currently use analytics tools or non-essential cookies.
